We, Jack & Lesley, are contestants on ITV1's "The Block", showing Tuesdays at 9pm until September.

Together with three other friends, we have set-up 'WhotoTrust' in response to our experience on the show.

When we started "The Block", being 'DIY Virgins', we were more lost than most people in trying to find good tradespeople to help us. We thought "Where do we start?!" Usually we all turn to friends and neighbours first and check out their recommendations.

But we got to thinking…

What if you were new to an area and didn't know many people?
How could you get that 'Word of Mouth' recommendation for Plumbers, Builders and 'Sparkys'?

So, WhoToTrust was born, to help everyone find great tradespeople do great jobs on their most valuable asset….their home! We want to help build that community spirit, where people share their good experiences.
