What do we get out of it?

Nothing at the moment, except the satisfaction of having created something worthwhile! It was just an idea that felt right given our experience on 'The Block'.

Why should I take time out to rate tradespeople?

We all need tradespeople's help at some time in our busy lives, and have all had bad experiences, so why not create something which means that doesn't happen again for anyone. And as they say: "What goes around, comes around"

You make this whole worthwhile thing work!

What stops someone just rating themselves?

We do have a number of checks and balances in place and we will stop this happening, but to be honest we don’t really believe it will happen. Just in case, we check who rates who, watch out for multiple ratings from the same person, and we will randomly check ratings.
